This is just a teeny tiny thing that I can do to thank you all so much for the amazing year that we’ve had – holy smokes, what a ride! I’ve had the dolls I ordered back in July tucked away in my closet for months now – less than 2 weeks till my children get to finally open them up on Christmas Day! I can’t wait to see their faces. (I also can’t believe I’ve been able to resist giving them to them before now.)

This doll is beautiful, just like all the other ones! My 20mo daughter would just be extatic to welcome her in our home. She doesn’t have one yet, but her eyes light up and she has this big smile whenever she sees me checking them out on the computer screen… I don’t know what it is, but she really connects with them somehow.

Ok and don’t laugh at this but I was crowned Miss Eastern Ontario Sheep Princess back in the 80’s and part of my duty was to promote the Canadian wool industry in Canada. And most of all it’s nice to be able to give my daughter something that is Canadian made as it’s a rarity these days.
So again, thanks for all that you give our daughters, because as you know it goes well beyond just a doll!
We would love for Serephina to be a member of our family if we would be so fortunate.

Heard about your dolls a couple of years ago and couldn’t afford one at that time. Now that I can afford them I can’t get them. The irony of life sometimes. I’ll keep trying but I am also willing to accept that if I wasn’t meant to have one it won’t happen and if I was it will. With three kids if I only get one it will be tough to decide who gets it. At least I know that my kids will be getting handmade toys and gifts from across Canada no matter if I get a Bamboletta or not.

Yesterday morning, I was one of the many who attempted to purchase a doll (Noelle, specifically) for my daughter. Absolutely amazing! I’ve never seen anything like it…after going to “check out” with my first choice, I thought I should go back to the home page at 11:02 (EST) to purchase a second doll (heeding your warnings and thinking I might have had a slim chance for the first choice), and when I did, all of those sweet dolls were sold out. You and your family of mamas and papas have made so many little girls happy; I just can’t wait until my little one can cuddle with her own bamboletta.

I had been looking long, but apparently not hard enough!, for a sweet, simple, non-plastic/factory-made doll for my four year old daughter. Ava has been requesting a doll that she can dress and undress with ‘cute clothes like me’ and I had settled for a doll that I wasn’t crazy about but knew my daughter would like her!
Looking for extra outfits today on etsy, I came across clothes made for a Bamboletta and, oh dear… I immediately fell in love. Your dolls are just perfection – the materials and construction alone, but aside from that, they are absolutely darling and full of so much personality! I have been poring over your flickr page and stalking them all over the internet – I’m ruined! I would absolutely love to have this sweet girl for my sweet girl this Christmas, but I know where ever she lands she will be loved & adored.
