Has everyone heard the new ‘Goldfrapp’ album? I know it’s been released for quite some time now, but, wow.. so impressed. If you just download one song, ‘Happiness’ is such a great summer-y kind of song. I’m listening to it right now. I feel as though I’m emerging from the newborn abyss and getting bits of myself back. John and I are huge music lovers, it’s nice to have a bit of energy and time to listen to some new tunes. It was a lot of the same-same there for a while.. Prince, Los Zafiros, Feist, Radiohead and of course- George Michael, but you should all know how I feel about George. ( I have very eclectic musical taste)

I’ll have a few Pouchy dolls up on Etsy tomorrow. I have been inspired by spring and have a beautiful lilac and spring green coloured dolls. I may or may not have a mermaid and I think 2 14″ dolls up for sale. This all depends on the J-man’s nap situation. Does it make sense to only post once a week on Etsy? I wonder if I should just put them up as I make them. I just think it’s kind of fun to see them all up there on the same day. I’m in the house a lot, I need to grab fun wherever I can find it.

Mer-tail by Amy Karol is almost ready. I’ve asked Constance to make up 6 to give them a try. Can’t wait to see how they turn out. I was going to make one up myself, but I have so many bits and pieces I need to attend to first. I really need to focus and concentrate on one thing at a time or else I tend to get scattered and try to do everything at once and end up getting nothing at all done, or at least it feels like that.
