Hello Friends!
So I know a lot of you probably read on our Facebook that it was my birthday this week 🙂 I feel like it’s been the most magical week-long celebration. Between all of your birthday wishes and all the things that the ladies at Bamboletta have done for me, I seriously feel like the luckiest lady in the world. Best. Birthday. Ever.
One amazing and completely unexpected birthday surprise was my Bamboletta lookalike doll! They nailed her down to a ‘T’ complete with sweet nerdy glasses, bangs, top knot bun, vintage sweater, a dress that was styled after the one I’m wearing in the photo and leather boots! She even came with a wee tote bag and a tiny muffin in the bag, which is hilarious if you know me, because I show up to work with a muffin in my bag every day of the week. Yep, 5 muffins a week. Every week. Lol.
So this post is a heartfelt ‘Thank you’ to all the lovely ladies in my life for being hilarious and there for me and creative and inspiring, and, and, and…and for making this doll which is my very first Bamboletta and is very very special to me. Love her.
I hope you all have an amazing weekend this weekend! The sun has started shining here in the Cowichan Valley and spirits are high in the studio today (the Friday stuffing crazies are at the cusp of setting in, lol)…what a difference a little sunshine makes 🙂
