Colouring Page – Sticker Collecting

I’m not sure if you gals are old enough to have collected stickers but as a child of the 80’s I freaking LOVED collecting stickers – my Smurf and ET  collection was on point! I had this old sticky photo album packed with scratch and sniff’s, puffy sticker and of course all the Sanrio stuff like Hello Kitty. I’d sometimes take my album to school and do trades .. it was all very serious 8 year old business.

I thought it fun to have a colouring page that had this scenario on it. I don’t even know if kids do this anymore but her, this is one of the joys of being a business owner and doing what I’d like sometimes 😉 Download it HERE to print on paper 🙂

I’m taking this all one step further  .. every doll that was sold from last Friday the 12th to this Friday the 19th will get a little sticker pack of Bamboletta stickers. Nothing fancy, but super cute little stickers for your child to have fun with. Who knows? Maybe this will inspire a sticker collector in your household!

Thanks so much!

Happy New Year and a Little Update!

Hi friends!

Happy New Year! I hope that everyone had a holiday break .. we had a lovely few days off. The boys and I had some much needed downtime. I go a bit full on in December with the dolls so it was nice to catch my breath.

I am SO excited about 2018. For the first time ever, we made a plan. Like a year long what is happening when kinda plan. I want to shift our focus a little over to clothing and theme kind of stuff .. so, like at the end this month is International Pie Day (no joke!) so we created these super cute cooking sets with oven mitts, an apron and a chef hat and they are RIDICULOUSLY cute. So, with this theme we will have a colouring page, our newsletter full of pie recipes and then this sweet little upload with the sets available. My Virgo self LOVES this sort of thing. This way we have these fun things to play around with and chat about in our community through the whole year.

So, talking community, I’d like to touch base a little on our social media platforms. I swear these weird Facebook algorithms are making it harder and harder for our customers to see what’s going on on our page. I was all excited about Instagram a few years ago, but since being taken over by Facebook, they too do this weird non chronological thing and make things harder for my customers to see what I post. So, why am I telling you this, well, I’d like to ask for your help. If you see one of our posts, please ‘Like’ it, or if you feel so inclined, leave a comment! If a post is especially cute it helps us a bunch if you ‘Share’ it. Tagging your friends on our Instagram is pretty amazing for us too.

I want to thank everyone for all the incredible doll love! Seeing all the doll and child pics over the holidays really just makes my heart sing. Not a day goes by that I don’t think I am one of the luckiest people on earth to get to do this for a living.

Cooking Show Colouring Page

I absolutely love this page! I asked Alona to make it kind of for my son, Jasper. You see, he is OBSESSED with cooking shows – like he will watch them all day if I let him. He’s not a fan of Bobby Flay and his fav is the Junior Chef cooking shows. My mom, Italian, LOVES this and whenever Jasper is over at Nonna’s she’s got a full menu of food that they will prepare together. It’s really cute. So, this is a cooking show 🙂

To print, click HERE. I hope this works out easily! I’d love to see your completed pages, so please tag them with #bambolettalove ! Thanks so much!

Blessing Dolls 2017

Bamboletta Blessing Dolls

Hello, hello! This time of the year always makes me look back and think of things to be grateful for. My kids, my family, health and this wonderful business I’ve been so blessed to have. So Black Friday? It kinda sucks the life out of me because it seems so absolutely opposite of what this time of the year is supposed to be. That’s why I started to do the Blessing Dolls on this weekend – it’s turned into an annual thing and gives me the warm fuzzies to spread some love around like this.

So, for my new followers and Bamboletta folks , I’ll explain what I’m talking about with Blessing Dolls. Basically, I have 15 dolls that I will gift to 15 families who need some love in their lives. Families that may not be in position to be able to get a doll, an adult that’s had a hard year or whomever you may think may need some extra love in their lives. To nominate someone please send me an email at and I’ll choose the families by December 1st and ship a doll to them. Do not leave a comment on here to nominate!

I’ll email the chosen on December 1st and get the shipping details then 🙂 Please note that I can not email everyone back – every time I do this I get an incredible amount of entries. I do read them all but I get a bit emotionally spent after reading them and then add on to my crazy holiday rush I sort of have to streamline my time. I hope you understand –  I don’t want anyone to get sad if I don’t reply!

I hope that we can spread around some love around and find these dolls their homes!

I nominate my daughter Bella and son Moses both have a disease that causes them both to have autism.. my job just got desolved at the hospital here in town. Bad timing.. with all the medical issues and things we could use some sunshine. We are a big family with only one income.. 2 older boys also with the sane disease and their mother who is struggling with this all.. she has lots on her plate dealing with all this and being diagnoses with the same mitochondrial disease that has no cure or treatment..
Thanks so much

I love your beautiful creation of all your dolls.
This summer is first time to notice them from my iPhone.
I have two grand children 5 yrs old granddaughter and 2 yrs old grandson.
A new baby girl coming to be born on January 2018.
I am single parent and deaf, I have disability social security which
is not much, every month, is $825.00…
I have a autistic son who lives with me, he is 21, he has hard time
searching for job, going school to obtain his high school diploma.
We had fire a year and half ago and I lost everything and takes time to gain material things, pictures are most precious are irreplaceable.
And our own lives. I would love to be able to obtain bamboletta dolls
for my grandchildren and I hope one day I can.
I know there are families are way worst situations than I am
and God bless you for your wonderful creation and your compassionate
loving-kindness that you do for world that is dark, dangerous and fearful
for children, families and many more beautiful blessings you are doing
with so much love. It gives lights, color, comfort to children in need.
Thank you for reading this….

I want to nominate my best friend more like a sister she has had a rough year her mom was diagnosed with brain cancer 1.5 years ago she beat the cancer then other complications started to appear Christina is very close to her mom I was so blessed to have another mom in my life. In August her mom had passed away it has been a hard few months for her and her family she has 4 kids who were so close to their grandma it has been such a hard year for them all I would love for her to have one of these dolls as she would love for her youngest daughter to have this doll to remind her of her grandma who she barely got to know as she was only 1 when grandma went to heaven I would live to make my best friends wish come true

Korin Bourdo - November 24, 2017 - 12:57 pm

Hello ,

My name is Korin and I would like to nominate my friend Juliana. Her 5 year daughter B was diagnosed with Leukemia this year. She is a lover of all things girly, and I believe a doll would bring so much joy to her life right now. Between chemo, lumbar punctures, losing her hair that was never even cut, going to kindergarten for the first time and being teased by her peers, she is having a tough year and I’d love to nominate her in hopes that a doll would help make things easier.

Much love & god bless

Sarah Toscano - November 24, 2017 - 5:15 pm

I would like to nominate my son David. He loves babies more than anything. He also loves to run his fingers through their hair, he is so little, just 2, that I wish I could focus more on his wants than his needs but we truly cannot at this time. I would love to be able to foster the loving side in him at this young age so it catches on.
That would be a true blessing-

Bri Evans - November 24, 2017 - 9:24 pm

I’d like to nominate my daughter Lia, age 6. My mom, her Nana passed away in July from a two year battle with lung cancer at the age of 74. It’s been a tough few years for her. We lived 3000 miles away from my mom and would spent months apart while I tended to my mom, or months apart from her dad while she would travel with me. At 4 she spent days in the cancer hospital visiting her grandmother or tagging along on appointments. She’s having a really hard time with this loss. She talks about my mom daily and how much it hurts to lose her best friend. God bless!

June Isaak - November 25, 2017 - 4:39 pm

Dear Christina,

I am nominating my great-nephew who is pretty great by the way. 😉
He was born with SMA. He is a little miracle and brings so much joy into his parents, grandparents, relatives and friends lives. He wasn’t expected to live past the age of one. He is doing well and progressing beyond what was expected. He has his own little wheel chair which he runs himself. It is an extension of himself. He is only 2 years old. He will turn 3 in the spring. He is not able to socialize much because he is immunocompromised. I know he could/would really benefit from one of your adorable dolls.

Thank you for considering this very Bamboletta doll worthy little boy.

You can read more about him and see a picture of him on his little blog.

Emmet’s Journey

Yours truly,
Emmet’s proud great Auntie June xo

Jennifer Willis - November 26, 2017 - 10:13 am

Good morning! I absolutely love your dolls, they are precious and full of joy. I discovered them a couple years ago, and feel delightful just looking through the pictures of your new creations. I would absolutely love for my little girl to have one, as I have not been in the position to purchase her one. I have a good job, but am a single mom with 3 kids at home. There are so many deserving people I am sure, but I would be over the moon if she did get picked. Her name is Emileah, she is 3 and a half, she is the girliest girl, with blond curly hair and bright blue eyes, thank you for considering us. Jennifer
