I have an amazing customer service story to share. My skin has been feeling really dull and icky lately – I’m guilty of falling asleep while feeding Jasper before I can get to the bathroom and wash my face.I’ve been a long time fan of Kiehl’s , using there skin care for over 5 years now. I’ve picked up what I’ve needed from there when I go back to Vancouver (no Kiehl’s on the Island here) but seemed to run out of everything at the same time. Anyhow, I called the store to see if they’d deliver a few things to me and sure enough the customer service lady was really helpful, friendly and polite assuring me this would get in the mail asap. Got my package 36 hours later, beautifully wrapped with dried flowers all around the products, handwritten card and a bunch of samples – with no extra charge for the shipping. Amazing. A big company like Kiehl’s has still kept the personal touch, incredible marketing on their part.
These dolls are off to the London Waldorf School! Safe travels girls!
I have a good selection of dolls for tomorrow’s Etsy upload! I even made a wee doll for babies out of an old angora sweater I had. I felted it in the washing machine and then turned it into a doll. I was inspired be a doll made for Jasper by the lovely Tina who takes care of him a few days a week. I put a little lavender in her belly and she is so soft and squishy. Now I am obsessed with finding old cashmere and soft fibre sweaters that I can felt and turn into dolls. I’m going to hit up all my friends for this. Maybe I’ll post this as my first tutorial.. give me a few weeks to get that together.
